OWNER PROFILES
A company is only as strong as its leadership. Our owners, Joshua Schofield and Linda Campbell, have a combined background of over 50 years. You can expect them and their staff to be respectful of your time and resources. We show up on time and perform the agreed upon job with excellence at a fair market price.
Joshua Schofield, CHP, loves creating designs for premium decorative wooden fences; however, he constructs many other types, including vinyl, aluminum, horse fences, chain link and eco-friendly options. Before establishing CS Fencing, Joshua worked with 2 custom design fence companies for over 9 years. As a previous FPL worker he has experience with above & underground power and a broad exposure with water systems. He holds a Class A CDL truck driving license and has operated over a dozen pieces of equipment. When living in Florida, Joshua spent 4 years as a partner in a prominent landscaping and design company. He is also an FAA certified commercial helicopter pilot with a safety certificate.
Linda M. Campbell has formed multiple businesses over the course of her career. She holds several degrees and has earned over 80 letters of recommendation attesting to the quality and integrity of her work with customers. While Joshua and his staff will perform the work, Linda’s responsibility is working with customers, arranging contracts and handling the business end.

Wooden Fence Options
Premium Decorative Wooden Fences
Our premium decorative wooden fences are made from the finest pressure treated wood. There are many fancy top options as well. Tell us your vision and we'll make it a reality! Or, if you are unsure what you want we'll provide you with options on what we think would look best with your house.
Mid-grade Options
We like to offer our customer options that fit within their budget while not compromising quality. Our mid-line fence option offers good quality materials and design without any of the fancy stuff!
Budget-friendly construction
For folks that are budget conscious, yet still want functionality and privacy we have some tricks up our sleeves that can greatly reduce your cost. Your fence construction will still be sturdy and visually appealing, but won't cost you an arm and a leg!
Privacy Fences
Three types of privacy fences are available:
1. Board-on-board fences consist of central wood posts with wood fencing panels on either side. Vertical boards are layered on top of each other. Because of the double sided panels this type of fence is twice as sturdy and durable and compensates nicely for shrinkage over time due to weather conditions. . Although not the cheapest wooden fence to build, it offers optimum visual appeal on both the inside and outside of the fence. Lasting privacy is one of the main advantages of a board-on-board fence.
2, Shadowbox fences feature pickets on both sides of the fence rails so that the fence looks identical on both sides. There are spaces between the pickets to allow for air flow and light, yet block the view because the pickets on the opposite side line up with the gaps. Another benefit is that, if strong winds come through your area, your fence is less likely to blow over because the wind goes right through.
3. Stockade fences are closely fitted vertical boards with pointed tops and offers privacy and security for your property. While less expensive than board-on-board or shadowbox a stockade fence will increase your property value, reduce noise and wind in your yard while deterring unwanted visitors!
Picket fences
If you desire a barrier for your property, yet still want to be able to see out of your yard, a picket fence may be the option you choose. We can built a 4 foot or 6 foot picket fence and make it as plain or fancy as you would like.
Are your fur babies escaping?
We sure do love our little fur babies and wouldn't want anything bad to happen to them. If they are getting out we will determine what needs to be done to keep them safely inside your fence. We had a "Houdini" dog so we know their tricks!
